Iggy Pop Honoured @ Classic Rock Roll of Honour Awards

Rock icon Iggy Pop is to be crowned a 'living legend' at this year's Classic Rock Roll of Honour Awards.

The Stooges frontman has been singled out for the prize and will join a list of previously-hailed 'Living Legends' including Ozzy Osbourne, Jimmy Page and Alice Cooper, at the London ceremony on 2 November.

After learning of the honour, Pop told CMU Music, "The other people who have received this award are absolutely awesome, and I feel very lucky to be included."
