Muse are set to release new single ‘Starlight’ on 4th September. The track is just one of the highlights from their universally acclaimed number 1 album ‘Black Holes and Revelations’, and has been recently praised by the Independent as; “ …pure pounding-heart pop”. A live rendition of Starlight was also ecstatically received by fans at the band’s recent one-off filmed MTV show at Shepherds Bush Empire in London. The video for ‘Starlight’ will air for the first time on Channel 4, Saturday 5th August at 11.40pm. Muse’s ‘Black Holes & Revelations’ album continues to make waves on both side of the Atlantic having been recognised by the Nationwide Mercury Prize panel as one of the twelve ‘Albums Of The Year’, and entering the Billboard Chart at No. 9 in the US. Having already headlined several major European festivals this year, Muse are now on the American leg of their mammoth global tour. They headline Japan’s legendary Summersonic Festival in August, then return to the UK for headline appearances at The Eden Session on 22nd August and Britain’s biggest festival - The Carling Weekend: Reading and Leeds on 26th August [Reading] and 27th August [Leeds].
