Jennifer Aniston Not Adopting

A representative for Jennifer Aniston has moved quickly to deny reports she's looking to adopt a child.

The former Friends star sparked speculation she was to become a first-time mom after visiting the Casa Hogar Sion orphanage in Tijuana, Mexico and devoting her time to infants in the nursery.

But Aniston's spokesperson insists the actress is one of the charity's sponsors and only made the trip to lend her support, telling GossipCop.com, "Jennifer is not adopting a baby."
