Anticipation is growing amongst Brit parents for the UK launch of Orbit Baby - a top US premium baby buggy that’s a firm favourite with Hollywood Mums, including Kourtney Kardashian, Mad Men’s January Jones and stylist to the stars, Rachel Zoe.

Hotly tipped by stockists to be a sell-out, there is already a huge demand for the buggy from UK parents ready to take on the popular hollywood parenting style.

The Orbit G2 is the brainchild of two Silicon Valley-based fathers with a background in high-end product design.

It was the world’s first 360 degree rotating buggy, meaning the Baby can face forwards, face their parents or even face sideways, invaluable for family trips like visiting the zoo or eating in a restaurant.

Recognising that most parents end up doing things one-handed, the Orbit G2 also has a host of features designed to be done single-handedly without having to bend down – including folding up the frame.

The Orbit Baby G2 hits UK stores on September 17th, but is available to pre-order now. John Lewis is the exclusive national stockist and their Nursery Buyer, Caroline Bettis is expecting high demand.

“We are really pleased to be the only national retailer stocking Orbit Baby and are anticipating that our customers will be really interested in the buggy, given its unique design features as well as it’s celebrity following in the States," Caroline said.

The RRP for a single stroller is £620 (plus £59.95 RRP for the canopy) and £999.95 for a limited edition six-piece newborn package - including stroller, bassinet, bassinet stand, car seat adaptor, weather pack (rain cover and mosquito net) and canopy/hood (colour changeable).
