Over the next week, we're running a Twitter Q&A about fruit juice with Fiona Hunter, a qualified Independent Nutritionist and member of the British Dietetic Association. You may have read or heard a number of stories recently about fruit juice and have some questions about its role in the diet.
For example, does 100% fruit juice count as one of your 5 a day, when is it best to drink juice and how much and what sugars does juice contain?
Tweet your juice questions to us @FemaleFirst_UK using the #FFjuice by 12pm on Friday 24th April and we'll send over a selection to Fiona Hunter. We will Tweet Fiona's responses from 30th April so keep an eye out on Twitter and we'll also post them on this page.
So, if you are confused about just how healthy juice is and you want your questions answered, get involved and we will get Fiona Hunter on the case.
We look forward to seeing your questions!
