It’s no secret that over 20 million women worldwide have been enjoying the pleasures that the book Fifty Shades of Grey has to offer, but one women’s partner didn’t want her reading the erotic novel and so took matters into his own hands.
Raymond Hodgson, 31, was disgusted with his partner Emma McCormick for reading the Fifty Shades books, and so said he would so her ‘what saucy really meant’
Hodgson went over to Emma’s home with a bottle of brown sauce in tow. When she realised it was Hodgson at the door, she tried to slam it but he wedged his foot between the door to stop it closing.
Emma then says that her partner proceeded to slap her in the face and squirt brown sauce all over her.
Prosecutor Adrienne Harris told the Metro, “Mr Hodgson thought that the book was pornographic, and that she should not read such literature.
“The argument continued into the following day, with the two exchanging text messages.
“He then went to her home at 7pm on June 26 and took with him a bottle of brown sauce.
“She answered the door and the argument continued. She went to close the door and he jammed his foot into the door, slapped her once in the face, and then squirted her with this bottle of sauce.”
Hodgson has admitted that he did squirt the brown sauce at Emma, not thinking that it would be classed as assault, but has denied that her slapped her in the face.
The couple, who do not live together, have been said to be working through their differences and trying to get their relationship back on track.
If you ask me, it sounds like men are getting a little jealous of the Fifty Shades trilogy, but don’t worry boys, Peter Andre has said that he might write an alternative version for men!
