You’re anniversary is getting closer and closer and you’re praying that your husband has finally got it right and bought you the perfect gift.
A new survey shows that Men believe that they get their wife the perfect gift every year, even though their wives are cringing at how awful it is.
New gift website for Men, ManBuysPresent.com, conducted a survey to see just how wrong the men are getting it when it comes to gift buying.
They found that, when it comes to the perfect anniversary presents 64 per cent of men believe that they get it right every time.
Unfortunately for men, women have a completely different version of this story. Seventy three per cent of women say that their husbands present buying skills are horrific.
It gets worse, as 54 per cent of men believe a piece of cake to be the ideal weddings anniversary gift. It makes you wonder, do they know us at all?
This has led to 61 per cent of woman feeling that it’s an impossibility that their husbands will ever give them the holy grail of anniversary gifts.
Quite unfairly, 65 per cent of women admitted to returning a gift that their husband gave them on their anniversary.
So it’s probably best that 72 per cent of men are completely confident that their wife has never returned a gift that they bought for them.
If anything, these results really do show that men are from Mars and women are from Venus!
