For most women, Movember is a bit of a nightmare. Don’t get us wrong, it’s for a good cause but that facial fuzz does more harm than good and we try to avoid going near it in case our skin breaks out in a rash upon contact.

This isn’t the case for all women though, according to MyCelebrityFashion.co.uk, who conducted research that found 25 per cent of women will be asking their partner to keep their ‘tache after Movember has finished.

The survey found 34 per cent of women saying that they didn’t think their partner’s moustache suited them, with a further 17 per cent saying they thought it made their partner look funny.

A further 25 per cent of women said that their man’s ‘tache really didn’t bother them and that they felt indifferent towards it.

From the 25 per cent of women who said they wanted their man to keep the moustache after Movember, over 40 per cent said they didn’t think they would like it at first but have now been thoroughly converted.

A further 37 per cent said they wanted their man to keep their ‘tache because it made them look sexy and 26 per cent said it made their partner look more mature.

Speaking about the results, Bobbie Malpass, Editor at MyCelebrityFashion.co.uk, said, “Movember is all for a great cause and I find it amazing to see how men get together to support such an important awareness campaign each year.

“On the other hand, I’m actually surprised to see that many women want their partners to keep the moustache at the end of the month.

“It’s not a common look for men these days, which is why it makes is so special when Movember comes around. It’s clearly a good look according to the ladies, as many say their other half can leave their tache on!”
