Talkmobile has found that couples neglect many of the apps on their phone because they are too smart for them. So we take a look at the apps couples use regularly and why they don't need all the others to maintain a good relationship.
The only apps you will ever need!
Facebook- To send each other funny pictures that appear on your respective feeds. They brighten your day and your partner shares your same sense of humour so you feel compelled to share to keep their spirits up at work.
Amazon- The place where you find all the things you want for Christmas and forward them randomly to your partner via text message in the hope they take the hint.
eBay- The app that you use to seek out your next piece of bargain furniture for your home. Only to find that it smells and looks nothing like the picture and you wish you'd just sucked it up and bought new.
Sleep Talk- For when your partner decides to open up to you in the middle of the night via the language of twaddle. It makes perfect sense to them but makes you want to wind them in their sleep for waking you up.
You Tube- On the nights you don't have sex- this is what you do right before bed- cute cat videos are like a virtual sleeping pill. They make you forget about work the next day and fill your life with simple pleasures.
Cinema- So you can plan in your weekend activities or go on impulse when you have nothing else to do during the week but sit and stuff your face and watch a big screen. You are essentially just trading one living room for another.
The National Lottery- One day you will sip Malibu in your holiday home at Walt Disney World while Mickey rubs your feet but for now you must dare to dream and check the app in hope!
4OD, BBC I player and ITV Player- For when you want to watch TV in bed and neither of you can be arsed to charge your I-pad.
IMDB- When you can't settle an argument about who starred in what or what the hell that actor's name is and to see if the reviewers thought the film was as bad as you both did.
9GAG- If you've both had a bad day and there are no funny cat videos left in the world- this is bound to give you a giggle before you settle down for the night.
