Do you need to spice up your bedroom routine - lets face it most of us do every once in a while.

There are a number of things that we women should be doing to keep the 'spice' in the bedroom, here are three mistakes that can turn the heat down when you get between the sheets.

Comfy Clothes
First up and I know what you ladies are thinking, you want to be in those those comfortable nightgowns, those comfortable pj's. But, honestly, the quickest turn-off to your partner are your comfy clothes, (think about it early in your relationship would you?). So, if you want to spice things up in your love life, dump the comfy nightwear and slip into a sexy nighty, something you can smoulder in. Or keep the comfy nightgown but leave it open to reveal a hot, hot, lingerie set after all sexy and comfortable can also be a turn-on to your guy.
 
Not Taking the Lead
Don't wait to be asked if you are in the mood take the lead. You don't have to wait for your partner to ask you to have sex or make love with them. Get involved, get into bed, take the lead and get your partner into bed with you. You'll both have a lot of fun and enjoy yourselves.
 
Criticism
Finally it's to be avoided at all costs. Nothing will chill the bed faster than you telling him what you don't like and what you don't want. But what will be a complete turn-on is telling him what he can do to get you lusting for more  and what will drive you wild if he does it.
 
So tell him what you like and what you want, make it clear what your mood is by slipping into those sexy clothes, but most importantly don't wait to be asked take the lead so that you can have the fun you're after!
