Parker dated actor Billy Crudup from 1996-2003, with whom she has a son, William Atticus Parker, who was born on 7th January 2004, after Crudup left her two months previously.
Three years later Parker began to date actor Jeffery Dean Morgan, who was her co-star on TV show Weeds.
A year later the relationship appeared to be going well, however in June 2007 the couple split for a while but then got back together.
