Shania Twain turns 49 today so we have a look at who has stolen hear heart over the years.
Twain met composer Robert John Lange after he heard some of her songs from her debut album. Following this he offered to produce and write songs with her after hours on the phone.
They first met at Nashville’s Fan Fair in June 1993 and their relationship blossomed form then on.
The pair got married on 28th December 1993 and they had their first son Eja in August 2001. Lange is teetotal and so had non-alcoholic champagne at their wedding and had the song ‘Everything I do’ performed in dedication to his new wife.
On 15th May 2008, it was revealed that the couple were separating after Lange reportedly had an affair with Twain’s best friend. Their divorce was all wrapped up by the 9th June 2010.
Twain then got engaged to Frederic Thiebaud (the ex-husband of her best friend and executive at Nestle). They got married on the 1st January 2011 in Rincon, Puerto Rico.
