Adam Levine turns 35 today so we take a look at his relationship history to celebrate- and for this we go way back to his first kiss;

In 2010, he was invited to perform at the Sports Illustrated issue release party in Las Vegas. It was there that he met Russian Sports Illustrated swimsuit and Victoria's Secret model Anne Vyalitsyna and they began dating not long after.
The couple were together for two years before breaking up in 2012, but still remain friends and she made an announcement to People magazine that they had separated on amicable terms.
The month after their break up Levine began dating Nambian Victoria's Secret model Behati Prinsloo. They went their separate ways in March 2013, however reconciled and got engaged in July 2013.
He once said with regards to marriage; 'I'm extremely fascinated by marriage. I want to study marriage. I want to learn about it. I want to know it. I want to figure out whether or not I want to do it. I'm not just going to leap into it, because that's not good for anybody. ' (IMDB)
He must have figured out that he wanted to do it as him and Prinsloo married on 19th July 2014 in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico- with guests including Robert Downey Jr, model Coco Rocha, his band mates for Maroon 5 and Jonah Hill, who is a childhood friend of Levine's, and officiated the wedding.
