Brody began dating Spanish Actress Elsa Pataky back in 2006 after they met while filming A Matador's Mistress and then went onto star in the movie Giallo together in that latter part of their relationship.
For her 31st birthday, he bought her a 19th Century farm that was remodelled to look like a castle in Central New York State.
They were featured in Hello! Magazine over a 35 page spread in October 2008 to show off their new home. The pair were engaged from 2008-2009, however parted ways in 2009.
