Katherine Keener turns 56 today, so we take a look back over her most famous relationship with Dermot Mulroney.

Keener married actor Mulroney in 1990 after they met in 1987 while filming the movie Survival Quest.
They separated in May 2005 and filed for divorce on 11th June 2007, citing irreconcilable differences and handled all of their divorce without the intervention of lawyers- something that is rarely heard of in Hollywood.
They have a son together named Clyde Keener Mulroney who was born on the 21st June 1999.
When as ked about her life post-divorce, she told nj.com; "Everything's really great, I'm really content. I'm sitting on a stoop in New York drinking a cup of coffee and the sun is out and it's warm and it's all good. What could be better?"
