Liam Hemsworth celebrates his 24th birthday today so we have a look back over his relationships.
Hemsworth has supposedly been romantically linked to actress January Jones and model Eiza Gonzalez; however his most publicized relationship was with the controversial singer Miley Cyrus.
They met while filming mutual love interests in The Last Song in June 2009 and began dating. Hemsworth even appeared in her music video ‘When I Look at You’. Just over a year later it was announced that they had split, however were seen out and about a month later and reportedly had rekindled their love for one another.
In November 2013 it was discovered that the couple had split again and had tried to make things work for a second time.
In June 2012, they were engaged and got a place together in Los Angeles; however in September 2013 they again announced that they had gone their separate ways.
Cyrus later released her now infamous song Wrecking Ball that she wrote about her split with Hemsworth and has sang this in some very moving performances since.
In June 2014, he said that they would ‘always be best friend’ and that when they first met they had ‘an instantaneous and powerful connection.’ (Wikipedia)
