Linsday Lohan

Linsday Lohan

Lindsay Lohan, 27, has just finished her 90 day stint of court ordered treatment in rehab, two months ago has begun dating again. She recently started seeing the ex- Philadelphia Eagles player. The pair have been friends for seven years and he is very pally with her family.

A source told People.com: "She is very happy and very committed to staying sober. He drinks but not irresponsibly and not in front of her. He is close to her whole family."

Matt Nordgren, originally from Texas is 20 and featured in the 2011 Bravo reality TV series ‘Most Eligible Dallas’, and informed New York Post’s Page Six that he is trying to help Lindsay in any way he can to get her back on track.

He said: “We’ve hung out. But I have been a friend trying to support her for many years now."

He added: "She's completely sober now. She's in a great place and working hard and meeting with all the right people."

Lohan’s last relationship was with DJ Samantha Ronson, however the pair split in 2009 after a rocky road together.

Samantha’s mum revealed after their break up that she ‘interfered’ in their relationship and told her daughter that the pairing was not a good idea as she became increasingly "anxious about Samantha's safety and wellbeing" because of Lindsay's alleged "classic psychotic behaviour".

Rumours of their relationship began to fly after they were seen being affectionate in public by the newspapers. Lohan never officially announced their relationship, because she wanted her private life to remain private.

However in September 2008, she told the Loveline radio show that she was dating Ronson. She didn’t specify how long they had been going out, she simply said, a long time. The couple broke up when the media attention accelerated.
