Michelle Williams and Jason Segel Split
It is rumoured that Michelle Williams and Jason Segel have ended their relationship after dating each other for a year.
Their romance is thought to have begun back in early 2012 and a source has told Us Weekly that the pair split earlier this month.
It's thought that the pair ended things on good terms, with the distance between them being the reason for the split.
Jason resides in LA whilst Michelle lives in New York with her seven-year-old daughter, Matilda.
The pair seemed to have been getting quite serious before the split, with Jason seeming to take the place of a father figure to Matilda.
Jason is the first person that Michelle has gone public with since her relationship with the late Heath Ledger, who is Matilda's father.
Although Jason and Michelle never spoke of their relationship, they seemed happy and it was only recently that they were pictured together looking in good spirits.
The actors will have plenty to keep their minds off the split, with Jason continuing to work on How I Met Your Mother and staring in This is the End later this year.
Michelle will be hitting our screens in Oz the Great and Powerful in March and will star in Suite française in 2014.
