According to Chilli Sauce, there are certain things that you just don't do if you want a second date with someone- we take a look at the top ten!
Invade personal space
Eating off your plate- As Joey once said he 'doesn't share food!'- Why on a first date would you assume that we are tapas over individual meal kind of people?!
Bathroom visits- Could you not have pooped before you arrived? No time for an anal douching either so if we did have plans to sleep with you- no more!
That laugh- If you snort or sound like one of those viral goat videos, then learn to control it in public or you will find yourself all over You Tube with them.
The Smokers- We get that you have a bad habit- we can't resist chocolate, an episode of Grey's Anatomy and our vibrators- but we can hold back for a couple of hours on date- get some self-control man.
Swearing- Don't get us wrong we love to have potty mouth incidents when the timing's right- but if you use foul language as a conversational filler- it is even more off putting than 'like' that seems to have crept into the breathing space of every teenager in the last decade.
Decisions, Decisions- As an adult we are perfectly capable of ordering what we want- after 20 or so years on earth we have learned the etiquette of looking at a menu and selecting something from it. Back off.
Eye contact- People who don't give you eye contact make first date nerves turn to involuntary bowel movement territory. Please don't crank up the awkward any more than it currently stands.
Personal Space- Just listen to Patrick Swayze guys. Dance space- personal space- it's all the same!
Drinks- Even if we love a pint, we hold back because we want to give you the illusion that we are feminine in every area of our life- please extend us the same courtesy and drop the pink cocktail with the umbrellas adorning your glass- we want to date you not look like your wing woman in a gay bar.
Keep your hands to yourself- When your mum and dad used to tell you 'you can look but you can't touch'- they were really prepping you for your first date!
