A walk in the park!

A walk in the park!

Go Ahead has revealed their top ten feel good moments, so we look at how we can share these with our partners. With 44% of Brits who would choose their partner as the person to cheer them up it’s no surprise that all of these moments can be had with your significant other!

Heart warmingly- most Brits would rather have a cuddle from their partner than £100- so it just goes to show that simple gestures really do make a difference.

Walking in sunshine in the countryside- A slow amble in the sun with your partner is a great time to talk or if you prefer; some quiet time together, the point is you are walking hand in hand and making a physical connection if not a verbal one.

Getting into fresh bed sheets- Being in bed with your partner is a pretty special time- but when you are tangled not only in each other but among freshly laundered sheets it’s utter bliss!

Your partner saying they like what you’re wearing- Little compliments can be neglected, even if you do look good often- so when he notices you feel like the only person in the world.

The smell of sea air- The smell of holidays and no one and nothing to break your little world of two for a week or so.

Receiving flowers- For a special occasion or just because- they show you that he has thought about you on the way back from work enough to stop off and show you just how much you are on his mind.

Having a cuddle- Relationships are not all about the sex- little snippets of intimacy throughout your week reminds you that he can’t go through a day without touching you at least once.

A kiss from your partner- A snog or a gentle meeting of your lips, both have equal ‘wow’ factors!

Laughing so much it hurts- Laugher can get you through some dark times as a couple so being able to laugh until you feel like you have run out of air shows you that he knows exactly how to make you happy!

Getting ready to go on holiday- A list of things you need to take, trying to fit everything you think you might need in your suitcase- both of you giddy like children that on holiday clothes don’t matter- just each other and a hotel room.

Turning off mobile phones for an afternoon and spending uninterrupted time with your partner- No Facebook, twitter, emails or phone calls just each other’s company and a free schedule!
