Amy Williams is desperate to meet Britain's Queen Elizabeth.
The skeleton racer - who became the first Briton to get win an individual Olympic gold medal since 1980 at the 2010 Winter Games - is hoping to be introduced to the 85-year-old monarch at the London Olympics this summer after missing out when she was made an MBE in 2010.
Amy - who is an ambassador for the London Games - told Britain's Daily Telegraph newspaper: "I had Princess Anne. I've met Princess Anne several times before, so I really had my fingers crossed for the queen."
Although she is yet to probably meet the queen, Amy was in the same room as her last summer.
The Olympian attended the wedding of the royal's eldest granddaughter Zara Phillips last July when she married England rugby player Mike Tindall.
