Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, has contributed a recipe for roast chicken and tarragon to a new charity recipe book.
Britain's Duchess of Cornwall has contributed a recipe for roast chicken to a new charity book.
The royal - who is married to Prince Charles - was asked to add to the book for the Helen and Douglas House charity, of which she is a patron, and is pictured with the meal of roast chicken and tarragon inside.
President Liz Jarvis, who requested an inclusion from the duchess, told the Henley Standard newspaper: "We decided to put the recipe book together a few months ago and collected recipes from members and their friends.
"We decided to support Helen and Douglas House and I knew that the Duchess of Cornwall was the patron. She has been wonderful and very supportive. She sent her sincere good wishes and said `good luck with the book'."
The cookery tome went on sale on Saturday (04.06.11) at the Hambleden Christmas Fair and has so far sold 86 copies with Liz declaring: "The response has been absolutely fantastic."
Half of the profits earned from will go to the charity.
