David Beckham 'excited' about royal wedding

David Beckham has revealed he and wife Victoria Beckham are looking forward to attending the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton on April 29.

David Beckham is "excited" to have received an invitation to Prince William's wedding.

We're both excited. Victoria is obviously a little bit worried because she'll be a few more months pregnant by then, but she's excited, as well. We're both proud to be going.

The soccer star and his wife Victoria Beckham have been invited to attend the nuptials of Britain's Prince William and Kate Middleton in Westminster Abbey on April 29 and David revealed his pride in the monarchy when speaking about the big day.

He said: "We'll be going. We obviously got the invitation which we're obviously really excited about. So we're very proud of our royal family and it's gonna be an amazing occasion.

"You know the excitement that comes with the wedding and for a royal wedding has always been amazing so to be invited to it, to be able to be going to it.

However David admitted his fashion designer wife - who is currently five months pregnant with their fourth child and due to give birth this summer - is a "bit worried" about choosing an outfit for the occasion.

He explained to Ryan Seacrest on KIIS FM: "We're both excited. Victoria is obviously a little bit worried because she'll be a few more months pregnant by then, but she's excited, as well. We're both proud to be going."
