Britain's Duchess of York will celebrate the New Year with Kate Moss in Thailand.Sarah Ferguson and the supermodel are both renting villas at the luxurious Amanpuri resort in Phuket and will attend a party hosted by millionaire David Tang on New Year's Eve.A source told Britain's Daily Mail newspaper: "The duchess has been invited out to Thailand by her great friend David Tang and his wife Lucy."He has invited several other celebrity friends, including Kate Moss. Kate and Sarah will be staying at the same resort."

The duchess left London's Heathrow airport with her daughters -

18-year-old Beatrice, and Eugene, 16 - to fly to Bangkok on Wednesday (27.12.06).

Kate and her daughter Lila Grace left London just a few hours later and both parties were reunited when they arrived at their villas.

Sarah and Kate's exclusive £5,000-a-week villas boast their own private cook and maid, open-air living room and a plunge pool.

It has been reported that Buckingham Palace will not be pleased that

Beatrice and Eugene - who are fifth and sixth in line to the throne

respectively - will be ringing in the new year with party-loving Kate,

who is rumoured to be marrying her rocker boyfriend Pete Doherty in

January.
