Swaziland's King Mswati III's former justice minister was reportedly filmed emerging from underneath a bed after being caught by security agents in a tryst with the monarch's 12th wife.

Swaziland's King Mswati III's former justice minister was reportedly filmed emerging from underneath a bed - after being caught in a tryst with the monarch's 12th wife.

Married Ndumis Mamba - who was a friend of the king - was apparently captured on camera trying to manoeuvre himself out of the base of a hotel bed by state security agents, who had allegedly been following the pair for weeks.

The minister and Miss Teen beauty contestant Mswati Nothando Dube had been caught in a romantic tryst at the lavish Royal Villas Hotel, just five miles from the palace.

In pictures posted on www.newzimbabwe.com Mamba, in a suit and shirt, is seen trying to hide from the authorities after being caught off guard.

He is then told to stop hiding and then looking embarrassed, emerges head first from underneath the 22-year-old royal's bed.

Mamba was immediately arrested according to the website and charged with trespassing in "another man's home".

He has since stepped down from his job and is expected to be exiled from Swaziland if found guilty.

Mamba is thought to have been under investigation for some time over his alleged affair with Dube - despite the fact they are said to have gone to great lengths to hide their relationship.

Both are said to have used elaborate disguises to meet - with the queen reported to have worn a military uniform to escape from the palace.

Mother-of-two Dube could also be banished from the kingdom if found guilty.
