One Direction appeared to pay tribute to Britain's Prince Harry's Las Vegas antics yesterday (07.10.12).

The 'Live While We're Young' hitmakers took to the stage at the BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards at London's Wembley Arena with a life-size cardboard cut-out of the 28-year-old royal - who was pictured naked playing a game of strip billiards in the US city in August - who was holding a glass in his hand.

The stunt seemed to be a nod towards the prince's controversial adventures in Vegas but the boy band - who won three accolades at the ceremony for Best British Music Act, Best British Single for 'One Thing' and Best British Album with 'Up All Night' - didn't mention the cut-out while on stage.

A source at the event told The Sun newspaper: "They were getting a bit giddy and clearly worship Harry's antics in Vegas."

But One Direction - who are made up of Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik - are no strangers to Vegas themselves.

Earlier this year, the 'What Makes You Beautiful' hitmakers were reportedly keen to gamble in the US city - which is nicknamed Sin City - while visiting America, but security at casinos knew who they were and didn't allow them to bet as the legal drinking and gambling age in the US is 21.
