Britain's Prince Charles is to be quizzed by Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakley on new ITV morning show 'Daybreak' on Friday (10.09.10).
Britain's Prince Charles is to appear on new ITV morning show 'Daybreak' this week.
New hosts Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakley will quiz the royal on his new "green" initiative, Start, on Friday (10.09.10), as he prince rounds off his week-long tour of the UK promoting his latest campaign to get the British public to become more environmentally-aware.
Producers of 'Daybreak' - which replaced 'GMTV' - have been congratulated in getting the heir to the throne to star on the hit show, which only launched yesterday (06.09.10).
Meanwhile, Charles donated an old pair of trousers to a charity shop yesterday in a bid to encourage the public to recycle their clothes.
The queen's son handed over the worn garment to the Marks and Spencer and Oxfam Clothes Exchange while on his "green" tour.
Other celebrities including TV star Tess Daly have also contributed to the charity which encourages people to donate their clothes to Oxfam in return for getting a Marks and Spencer voucher.
Charles' donation comes just weeks after the 61-year-old royal called on the public to make use of old clothes, claiming that recycling outfits can reduce the world's carbon footprint and halve the effects of climate change.
He added: "On the whole, the older some things are, the more comfortable and familiar they become; they can even be adapted to look new in a different context."
