Britain's Prince Philip stunned a TV presenter on Tuesday (20.11.07) when he sneaked up behind her during her broadcast and asked if she had "finished".
Romilly Weeks, a journalist for Britain's ITN news, was presenting a piece to camera from the Maltese capital of Valletta about the prince's diamond wedding anniversary celebrations with his wife Queen Elizabeth when Philip walked past.
The 86-year-royal - who was greeting well-wishers on the Mediterranean island - waited for her to finish and then bellowed: "Finished?"
His remark caused the presenter to jump and the royal to burst into fits of laughter.
The Duke of Edinburgh - who is famous for his frequent blunders and wicked sense of humour - was in Malta with his wife of 60 years to relive memories of when they lived on the island as a young married couple between 1949 and 1951, when Philip was completing his duties with Britain's Royal Navy.
Philip and the queen - who were married on November 20, 1947 - flew to Uganda yesterday (21.11.07) where Queen Elizabeth will open the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) on November 24 after a three-day state visit.
