Britain's Princes William and Harry supported different teams at the England versus Wales rugby match yesterday (07.02.10).

While Harry sported the rose of England in his jacket buttonhole, elder brother William wore a Welsh Daffodil in his coat to the match.

Harry was named vice patron of England's Rugby Football Union ahead of the clash, while William holds the same title from the Welsh Rugby Union, given to him in 2007.

Every single time Wales scored William was clapping and cheering like mad and looked very happy! As far as I can see he has well and truly nailed his colours to the Welsh mast. Good on you, William!

Both princes cheered for their respective sides, in a match which saw England win 30 points to 17 at Twickenham in London.

Fans posted messages of support for the heir to the throne, William, for choosing to support Wales in the match - part of the annual Six Nations rugby tournament which sees Italy, England, Wales, Ireland, Scotland and France face off against each other.

Writing on the MailOnline website, Allison from Wales wrote: "Every single time Wales scored William was clapping and cheering like mad and looked very happy! As far as I can see he has well and truly nailed his colours to the Welsh mast. Good on you, William!"

Before the game the two princes met eight servicemen who were injured fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan.
