Princess Anne's chef convicted

Britain's Princess Anne's chef is being hunted by police after threatening to cut a woman's nipples off.

Steffan Sjolander - who was employed by the royal when the incident occurred - "laughed in a sinister manner" as he told Amy Tyrell he was going to maim her before holding a pair of scissors to her face.

Tyrell continued: On the way he grabbed my left arm with both his hands and told me he was going to kill me

The cook - who was fired after the incident - failed to attend his trial last week but was convicted in his absence. He later told solicitors he had fled to his home country of Sweden, prompting an international arrest warrant to be issued.

The incident in October last year began when Sjolander, 49, approached groom Tyrell in the stables brandishing a pair of tongs and saying, "I cut your f**king nipples off."

Tyrell said: "He had a pair of pincers in his hand and he was moving them towards me and he was telling me he was going to remove my ‘f**king nipples' in his horrible manner."

Sjolander then demanded a lift to the house at the princess' Gatcombe Park estate - which was 150 yards away - and threatened to kill the 28-year-old.

Tyrell continued: "On the way he grabbed my left arm with both his hands and told me he was going to kill me. I stopped the car, told him not to threaten me or he would be walking. Then he shut up."
