Princess Diana's childhood music collection will be sold at auction.

The 19 vinyl records belonging to the late royal - who died in a Paris car crash in 1997 - will go under the hammer with PFC auctions after being bought at a car boot sale for just £6.

In 2002, Diana's son Prince William reclaimed several of her albums after they were allegedly stolen.

Two years later, 19 records were sold at a car-boot sale in Cholmondeley Castle, Cheshire, to a mystery buyer.

Artists in Diana's collection include the Eagles, Bob Dylan and Paul Simon.

The auction house currently has a slice of Prince William and Duchess Catherine's wedding cake up for sale, which comes in its original presentation tin with a printed compliments slip from William's father Prince Charles and step-mother Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.

It is also accompanied by an original 16 page Order of Service from Westminster Abbey containing the vows, hymns, prayers and blessing from the wedding of William and the then Kate Middleton.

The cake auction opened online on May 3 2012 and bidding will end on May 24 2012.
