They will hold their meeting at the queen's official London residence Buckingham Palace later this week.
The 46664 birthday concert takes place at London's Hyde Park and will feature performances from Leona Lewis, Annie Lennox, Queen, Paul Rodgers, Simple Minds, Shirley Bassey and Amy Winehouse, as well as African stars Johnny Clegg, Sipho Mabuse, Papa Wemba and the Soweto Gospel Choir.
Mandela is also set to meet British Prime Minister Gordon Brown and former US president Bill Clinton during his visit.
