Mariah Carey is planning a spectacular new tour to promote her 2008 album E=MC2.The newlywed is in talks to kick off the tour in the autumn, and she promises her road-show will be packed with glitz, glamour and fireworks.Carey tells MTV, "I like elaborate. We only do substantial. That's what my jeweller says. I haven't gotten the looks in mind just yet, but we're going to figure it out soon enough. "I'm looking at November right now. But please don't hold me accountable if it turns out to be December 5 or December 7 or January 18!"
