Britain's Princess Royal will take part in a seminar session focusing on the work of Transaid.
Princess Anne is Patron of the charity, which supports transport initiatives in developing countries, and will attend the Multimodal 2014 exhibition in Birmingham, England later this month to support them.
The 63-year-old royal - who is the only daughter of Queen Elizabeth - will walk the exhibition floor before attending the seminar at the event, which takes place from April 29 to May 1.
The exhibition is almost sold out, according to organisers, with many exhibitors returning from previous years, as well as new companies coming to exhibit for the first time.
Last year's show is said to have attracted 6,000 guests interested in doing business with shippers, retailers, wholesalers, importers and exporters.
Last week the Princess Royal - who is the mother of Olympic equestrian star Zara Tindall - toured the MyPlace centre in Norfolk, England, which provides accommodation, training and support facilities for young people.
During her visit she oversaw a cookery training class in action, met with staff and residents and unveiled a commemorative plaque.
