The 30-year-old royal is set to meet Lieutenant Ali Spearing in Sydney in the final days of his tour Down Under and the soldier confessed he is a little nervous ahead of his audience with the Prince.

When asked how he was feeling about the meeting, he said: "A little (nervous), we have actually met a couple of times before, so it's not as bad as the first time."

Lieutenant Spearing recently flew over to Australia from the UK to have new prosthetic limbs fitted at the city's Macquarie University Clinic which will aid his mobility and could even see him jogging once again.

He told Australian station ABC Radio earlier today (07.05.14): "I heard about this operation that's being done over in Sydney. It's worked out really well."

Prince Harry is well known for his work helping injured service men and women and enjoyed taking part in a game of wheelchair Australian football when he first arrived in the country at the start of his tour last month.

Meanwhile, the royal is still yet to meet his new niece, the daughter of Prince William and his wife Duchess Catherine, who was born in London on Saturday (02.05.15).
