James Middleton

James Middleton's company's debt has increased.

The brother of Duchess Catherine set up Cake Kit Company in 2007 which sold ingredients for people to make their tasty treats at home before launching the Nice range which contains themed cakes and cupcakes that cover birthdays, anniversaries, birth of a baby to congratulations and well wishes.

The company also allows customers to upload photos and designs or personalise a given template which can be printed in edible ink on the chosen cake when they order the product online.

Mail Online report "the latest accounts for James's Nice Group London Ltd reveal that he has a shareholder's deficit of more than £21,000 at the end of his second year of trading. The amount the company owes to creditors is also up by £3,382 -- from £32,575 to £35,957."

The 26-year-old businessman has net liabilities of nearly £30,000, compared to just over £27,000 last year.

His parents Michael and Carole Middleton have a highly successful business, Party Pieces, which they set up over a decade ago and they sell toys, decorations and fancy dress.
