Britain's Prince Harry does boxing to stay in shape.

The 29-year-old royal revealed he does the sport at home to help improve his fitness levels after going against Declan Gilmour, who has been boxing for four years, during a visit to Gorbals Leisure Centre in Glasgow, Scotland, yesterday (29.07.14).

Declan told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "He actually beat me 3-2 on shoulder taps and I was trying hard... He was actually saying he has been doing boxing training back home. He just uses a punch bag and was saying he wanted to get in better shape."

The flame-haired hunk was joined by his brother Prince William as they met youngsters taking part in the Coach Core programme, which they launched last year.

Harry also surprised Nathan Bawuah, 21, an apprentice coach from London, after they went head-to-head in a boxing match, which ended in 2-2.

Nathan said: "He was very nimble. I didn't expect that. He was so light on his feet, really agile.

"He made me sweat so much. I haven't moved like that in such a long time."

While Harry was busy showing off his boxing skills, William, 31, had a go at playing some soccer.

Before their visit ended, the brothers both took part in a five-a-side soccer match, which saw Harry's team win after he set up Lauren Weir, 21, with a pass to score the only goal of the game.
