Prince William asked a nurse for advice on how to get Prince George to behave.

Sue Jones, a nurse who works for Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board, was presented an MBE by Prince William as part of the Queen's Birthday Honours List in June.

She has now revealed that the royal - who is currently expecting a second child with his wife Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge - asked for some advice on how to tame his son, Prince George.

Speaking to the South Wales Evening Post, Sue said: "I went to Windsor Castle to receive it from Prince William. Ii was delighted. He was so lovely.

"We had a good chat. He asked me about my work and even said, 'Perhaps you could give me some advice about getting my young son to do what he should do.

"I told him to treasure ever moment because he won't be a baby for very long."

Sue was being honoured in recognition of her work during the 2013 measles outbreak. The nurse organised an MMR vaccination programme for various schools in the Swansea and Neath Port Talbot areas, protecting hundreds of children from the virus.

With regard to her MBE, Sue added: "It was a real honour for me. I'm still shell-shocked. I was thrilled to have been nominated but to get it was absolutely fantastic."
