We know, exercise was the word that you really didn’t want to hear but it helps when trying to boost your sex drive.

Avoid Stress
Being stressed out isn’t great for boosting your Sex Drive so take a break and just chill for a while.
When stressed your hormone levels drop meaning that you Sex Drive will take a beating so try to avoid stress as much as you can.
Just Do It
Don’t go into sex trying to focus on the orgasm. Trying too hard to orgasm can often lead to you not even getting close.
If you go into sex and just enjoy it rather than feeling you’ll have to orgasm then you’ll find that you’ll learn to enjoy sex again.
Get Adventurous
Trying new things is exciting, especially in the bedroom. Try out some new positions or introduce new elements into the bedroom and your sex drive will improve.
Even talking about sex with your partner is thought to increase your sex drive!
Give Up Alcohol
We all know how alcohol seems to make sex better, but we also know that it actually doesn’t, in fact it makes it worse.
Our performance plummets when we’ve been drinking and laying off the alcohol can actually give our sex drive a boost.
Touch
It seems like a really obvious point but even touching your partner more can increase sex drive.
It increases your oxytocin levels and makes you feel more relaxed with your partner, especially when it comes to sex.
