5 out of 5 stars little known film, but well worth buying   July 11, 2002

I'm a massive Courteney Cox Arquette fan, and have been trying to get hold of this film for months! When I finally got a DVD player, this was the first DVD I watched, and I loved it! pCourteney plays Samantha, who takes the place of her shrink in order to break up her gorgeous next door neighbour and his girlfriend. Samantha reminds me and my friends of Courteney's character Monica from Friends, just a little more scrunchy. pDavid Arquette also stars as the loveable Henry, who falls for Samantha when she's in the role of the shrink and he's supposed to be selling magazines. He sings Let Your Love Flow several times to calm Samantha's fears of enclosed spaces and airplanes. pCourteney and David's chemistry shines through here, although perhaps not as well as in the Scream trilogy. The other characters are all quirky and interesting, such as the neighbour's french girlfriend who hates Samantha on sight, and Bob who brings Samantha and Henry togehter by nearly killing himself.pMy only criticism of the DVD would be that some extra features would have been an added bonus, but the story is geat.

5 out of 5 stars Funny, feel-good film...   November 7, 2009

This is a great, funny film, one of my favourites, which leaves you with a warm good feeling. It shows how easily each of us can have or get psychological problems without being less lovable... Courtney Cox and David Arquette are brilliant, and so is David James Elliot as good looking, not too bright hunk. It's a shame this film is only in English...

4 out of 5 stars Where Courteney Cox meets Monica in a movie.   March 22, 2003

This movie was filmed in the spring of 1999, starring Courteney Cox and her husband David Arquette, with David James Elliott as the other man in the film's romantic triangle. DJE plays Michael, the hunky next door neighbour, who becomes the object of Cox's character's desires.pIf your a real fan of Monica from Friends, then this is where Courteney Cox delivers.
