Amazon.co.uk Review For grown-up fans of Dana Carvey, IMaster of Disguise/I will seem like a wreck of a comedy. But kids will love it, since Carvey's chameleon-esque Pistachio Disguisey is an endearing klutz-turned-hero in the classic Jerry Lewis tradition. So perhaps the youngsters won't get the Tony Montana IScarface/I reference, but his Turtle man is a hoot ("Am I not turtle enough?" is the catchphrase). And when all else fails (and it nearly does), Brent Spiner shows up to steal his scenes as the villain who has a penchant for passing gas after laughing maniacally. No doubt hopes for an IAustin Powers/I-like franchise have been dashed. Certainly, IMaster of Disguise/I, with its cameos by Bo Derek, Jessica Simpson and Jesse Ventura, lacks IGoldmember/I's A-list star power. But it is way more family-friendly, and that will favourably impress parents. --IDonald Liebenson/I

Fantastic April 12, 2005 Jade Pearson People who are a fan of Dana Carvey will watch this DVD and see do what he does best - impressions. He does his classic George Bush and a few other characters that are just funny. Aimed at kids they will love it but adults will laugh as well. One to watch as a family.
Off the wall crazy film warning! Take with a pinch of salt. October 27, 2005 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This film is absolutely hilarious. I never knew Danna Carvey was so talented.brThe main thing about this film is that you can not take it seriously, leave your sanity in the cupboard when viewing this movie!brIf you liked flicks like The hot chick, The Animal, Bruce allmighty, Austin Powers, The grinch, The adventures of Rocky Bullwinkle or The mask.brThen I think this movie would apeal to your sence of humour.br brIf you are the boring intelectual tipe that doesent like anything that is purely ficcional fun (there is obviously a few of them around, LOL) then stay well away.

Criminally Bad May 14, 2005 R. A. Levien (Lexington, MA USA) 1 out of 3 found this review helpful
Perhaps the worst film I've ever seen. It says something sad about the film industry that this film was ever made. Couldn't they see in the initial concept reviews that there was nothing funny or entertaining here? Couldn't they tell in casting that no one was capable of carrying the roles they were assigned (least of all Cavey). Couldn't they see from the rushes that the film was actually painful to watch?
