Firstly, if you are a fan of Ben and Drew, i reccomend you to buy this movie! It is great/hilarious, these characters work greatly together in the movie, aswell as the old tennant in the duplex they move into. About a young couple that move into a new home in New York, to start a new life in a cosy place. But what comes once they have settled in, was not expected. An annoying tennant is living on a floor just above them, they are very stressed from doing many things for her, running around for her all the time. This just gets too far, they can no longer cope with the noise and being bothered just too much. So they try their best to drive her out of the place and go and live somewhere else. Has some laughs inbetween, absolutely brilliant!.

Starring as an actor of the film MATILDA,danny devito. Now director of OUR HOUSE[the duplex]. Has nancy[drew barrymore]and alex[ben stiller] decide to move house,they see something very right for them in brooklyn. They are under an old lady mrs conelly. At first,they are all cosy and getting used to their new home. Until the little old lady above their apartment,duplex starts bothering them and making a lot of noise at night.They can't get a nights sleep with her having her music on loud,and their bed is right under mrs connellys room. So they try to solve it with her,and tell her about it. And it carries on. A VERY GOOD ,FUNNY FILM WITH 2 GREAT STARS.

This movie is absoloutly hilarious, i loved every second of it... starring the amazing Drew Barrymore and Ben Stiller, it really couldnt get any better! A new couple move into a flat that they think is absoloutly perfect but what they dont know is that there is an old lady living upstairs who askes them to do everything for her.. the lady is so annoying the couple decide to hire a hitman..

I would definitley reccomend this to people beacuse it's a great film! Basically the couple buy a new house, but there's a catch, a 'sweet little old lady' lives upstairs... I'll not give it away but lets say they do everything in their power to try and get rid of her! Buy this! It's a great film and you'll be laughing all the way through!
