February 16, 2006 Danrag (UK) 23 out of 23 found this review helpful #x27;The Lucy Show#x27; was an excellent comedy series from the 60#x27;s starring the one and only Lucille Ball and I am a keen collector of her work. There are some classic episodes in this set, including "Lucy the Bean Queen" and "Lucy meets the Berles" but please note that this is NOT a collection of season one episodes as listed in the description - these are the #x27;usual#x27; season five/six episodes that turn up in most box sets from various companies along with the two season one episodes that regularly turn up due to these episodes being #x27;public domain#x27;. Great as an introduction to Lucy, but if you have other #x27;Lucy Show#x27; boxsets you will no doubt find you have most, if not all, of these episodes already.
