Great DVD featuring most of her hits etc
br /For those reviewers who have noticed their disc has oxidized (the shiny surface has gone cloudy), mine did this so i washed it (yes you read that correctly)with hand soap and water between my fingers, and it restored it to its full shiny finish meaning i was able to play it again !

Having long ago given up on my prospects of a night on the town - or anywhere else - with the lovely Kylie (yeah, I Should Be So Lucky.....), I decided to go for her DVD instead. Hardly a substitute for the real thing, but fantastic nonetheless. ULTIMATE KYLIE is a superb potted history of the amazingly long and varied career of the undisputed Princess of Pop, charting her success from those early days as the cutesy girl-next-door teenager to a truly seductive Red Blooded Woman : ask yourself, with Hand on Your Heart, has any female artist ever made a better, more credible transition ?? All the videos have weathered the years superbly and look even better than when originally released. By common consent, the first few were about as cheesy as they come, but I reckon Kylie was only too aware of this right from the start and cleverly played it for all its worth - just watch the final clips of "Got to Be Certain" to see what I mean.brSo take it from me, it's Never Too Late to get this DVD. Personally I think it's perfect and Wouldn't Change a Thing. But oh Kylie, Kylie, please Confide in Me and tell me : just What Do I Have To Do to get you out of my head .....????

I love this DVD compilation. It features over 30 videos, and even then it skips a few videos (ie. 'Finer Feelings', 'Word Is Out' and 'If You Were With Me Now'). pWhat is impressive about this collection is how much Kylie has matured into both a singer/vocalist and video star. In her early videos, she is charming but a little stiff, especially 'I Should Be So Lucky' and 'Got To Be Certain'. There are times when she looks uncertain what to do (and the 80s fashions and colors are no help to her either). pIt's unfortunate that both 'Finer Feelings' and 'If You Were With Me Now' are not featured here because Kylie is stunning in those videos, although I would say that by the time 'Better The Devil You Know', Kylie had begun to attain the confidence that has made her the superstar she is today. pOne of her best videos is 'Did It Again' where Kylie plays different sides of her personality in a mock-fight. It's one of her most clever videos, and is definitely a bridge to 'Spinning Around' where Kylie takes her crown as pop princess. 'SA' is better known as the 'hot pants' video, but clearly it's the video where Kylie emerges as a superstar. She's light years away from her early videos. pOf course, the videos get better and better; from the mysterious 'On A Night Like This' to the underrated 'Please Stay' to the cutting edge 'CGYOMH' and 'Love At First Sight' and the stunning 'Slow'. pKylie fans will love this collection and casual fans will enjoy it as well.

this dvd is awsome. it includes a number of greatest hits from the fabulous star, shes is so good. the vides clips are great for seeing how far our Kylie has come over the years, from locomotion to i believe in you. a great combination of hits but unfortunately missing out of a few which were not singles but excelent songs, ie Dangerous Games, Automatic love etc. it was also a great time to show the unrealised video of your disco needs you, but never mind. the hits that are included is enough for me. 1 downer is that it is almost identicle to kylie greatest hits 87-99 dvd, except with the kareoke settings this dvd proves a lot more fun. we love u kylie, u will always be our ozzie girl!!!! xoxo no.1 fan

After seeing Kylie live at the NEC Birmingham, I have wanted to do nothing but listen to Kylie, and its got all the tracks on there that where performed live. 5/5
