It includes technique tips, a warm up and aerobic section which you can do if the weathers not good enough for going out to walk, a resistance band section and a pilates/stretch section.pThe instructor is good, and Lorraine is as pleasant as ever. pI was a bit disappointed as the actual exercise sections are not that long, and be warned you need a big room to do the aerobic sections, which are based on power walking technique. pThe healthy eating tips section is just a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat, which is not what I would call a great feature!pAll in all I was a bit disappointed although I have kept doing it I think it would get a bit boring after a while.
