I'd heard mixed reviews on this workout, so was sceptical when I purchased the dvd. Firstly the menu is excellent, you can play all of the routines after another, or you can choose between them. The warm up is brilliant, you certainly feel the benefits of a good stretch. br / br /She not only goes through the warm up slowly, step by step, but when you've got used to the moves you can skip to a faster paced warm up. br / br /From there on it's just great fun. br / br /If you were never born with co-ordination like me, haha, you'll still find this fun. She goes through every move slowly with plenty of description. So by the time she's moved onto the next move you've got the hang of the first. br / br /Great sexy moves that can easily be mixed up with others. Doesn't leave you out of breathe but you certainly warm up and maybe even break a little sweat. br / br /If you think that it sounds a little too easy, be warned, you CERTAINLY feel it in the days to follow, especially the hips.

I saw this DVD as a fluke on amazon and was intrigued, I love carmen electra and went straight to the shops to get a copy. This is an excellant fitness dvd unfortunately I cant report on results as I have eaten my way out of house and home this christmas so fingers crossed. I was glad to discover that there was a collection of 5 dvds and loved it so much I just cant wait for the UK to catch up so Ive ordered them from the US. This is a fun, bubbly and suprisingly un-strenuous way of getting fit. A fantastic fitness DVD and brilliantly made. Now planning that dirty weekend so I can show off all my moves to my partner = )

I bought this DVD after a friend of mine lost 3 pant sizes by just doing this workout, of course no junk food and lots of water. I bought the whole box set once I seen her sheid the pounds. I've been doing this for a week now and I'm starting to see my body start to tone up. I've tried tae bo and other work out videos but I just couldn't stick to them. This one is different, Carmen makes you want to get fit. The dances are fun and you feel good when you can finish the whole run through with out messing up. I would recomend getting vol #2 frist its is a basic workout that tones you and gets your body ready for the strip dances. Vol 1 would come next and so on to 3,4,5. I wouldn't get this workout videos if you dont like to dance. You wont be interested long enough to see results. However if you like dancing and want to tone up your whole body and do it easy with out pain. Other then the pain you'll have the day after your frist workout!! I would totally go with these videos.brGood luck and enjoy

What a great workout video! I've been waiting for one like this for ages and I was not disappointed. Its easy to follow, fun and doesn't feel too strenuous at the time - but it IS a good workout nonetheless - especially for toning and stretching. I'd say it is a good low-impact aerobic workout too. Like the other reviewers I can't wait for the other 4 in the series to come out. A refreshing change to other exercise videos.

I would recommend this dvd to anyone who wants to tone up, have fun and look sexy! The workouts are easy to do and are really well explained before you run through them. There were a few bits I couldn't get the hang of straight away but I found that by practicing them a few times I managed to pick them up.pThis workout won't make you out of breath and really tired out but it'll give you a bit of a challenge depending on your level of fitness, and tone you up if you use it 2-3 times a week. You can have fun while you're doing it and there are lots of ways to customise your routine with different music etc. You'll learn some sexy moves too!pOverall, highly recommended!
