He promises his dying father (Kirk Douglas) that he will go straight. Nobody is ready for this. Local bankers want his money. Local law enforcement wants to make a pinch. His accountant wants a raise. His elocution instructor (Tim Curry) is eyeing his daughter. His maid is moving up in the world. The Finuccis have him covered. Several black bags are exchanged. Ok, so i am fantastically bias because i have a bit of a thing for sly but honestly this was a well spent evening, i laughed out loud its funny and light hearted, and the supporting case as fabulous. My only problem was the little guy singing on the opening credits-what the heck was that about br / br / This will make you laugh! Mafia Mayhem November 17, 2005 2 out of 2 found this review helpful Sylvester Stallone(Snaps Provolone)is going straight whilst being under suspician from another mafia family and the police.Very funny mafia film with Snaps daughter(Marisa Tomei) willing to do anything and marry anyone to get out of her parents clutches.Watch out for the Venuchi brothers are they really only tailors or dangerous Hitmen?Tim Curry is hilarious as the elecution teacher for Snaps and a poor victim for his daughter as yet another potential husband.The bag scene will keep you on your toes.Who is Oscar,watch the film and find out?
