A real feel good film that leaves you laughing and feeling nice warm inside. Each character has its own little foibles which really add depth and make you feel that your are part of the family. I loved the glamour of the main character and her lifestyle as well as the grit of the farm. So even though it isn't traditionally a kids' film, you should get your kids watching it, it'll provoke their imagination a lot more than the olsen twins. After wearing out our old video, I have now bought it on DVD and slip into the same cosy, idealistic little world when I watch it.
