January 18, 2006 18 out of 20 found this review helpful I have both movies on Ye Olde VHS videos both watched so many times since the early eighties that have worn out, so I am over the moon with this DVD release!pThe films are classics combining humour and action, the #x27;star#x27; in this film is hard to judge as Clint, (Philo Bedoe) Ma, Clyde (the lovely Ape) or the fabulous hells angel gang - the black widows are all brilliant!pIn my opinion the sequel is the better film (but only just) I would recomend this film for anyone with a love for humour. great March 16, 2006 11 out of 14 found this review helpful I cant believe it has took them so long to release this onto dvd. Clyde the Ape is hillarious as are the Black Widow motorcycle gang, what a bunch of misfits but they are just so funny. If you havent seen these two films then you have missed out !! Both are still very funny and at this price well worth buying. The acting is pretty good and in both films the Chimps(yes chimps the second film had a different chimp) steal the show. br / br /I recommend to anyone wanting a cheer up in these depressing times that you can't go far wrong buying this box set. br /Sadly there are no extras on the DVDs but not let that distract you. br / br /Buy and enjoy.
