I#x27;m not a stranger to fitness DVDs. I usually enjoy Nell McAndrew type jumping on the spot, sweaty type cardio exercise, HOWEVER, although this is completely different, I got right into the dance moves,which weren#x27;t too difficult, giggling to myself as I am not the most elegant person and found it really good fun. There were floor exercised right at the end which I hate, but I even managed those.brThe most amazing thing was the next morning. My god, did I ache.brIt really does work your body without you realising it.TOP MARKSbrMUST BUY!!!!

This surely is a great way to keep fit and have fun at the same time. Angela Griffin looks fab, her legs look amazing im hoping to be able to get some were close for her body struture. I deffiantly reccommeend this to anyone that wants to get fit and lose some weight! Ive only done it once and my muscles are hurting already. brI will be using the dvd a few times a week!:)

I#x27;m 50+ and found this DVD excellent, not at all boring, and I could even do the moves. With a warm up section, 3 dance sections and a cool down, which lasts about an hour, you#x27;ve finished the routines before you know it. Great fun and really enjoyable. Looking forward to the next session.

This is a really great fun DVD. The routines are even more effective than the first release last year and really well cued, and the section adapted from body conditioning exercises is genius. The music is good, and there is nothing annoying to stop me doing this over and over again. One of the best workout DVDs that I have bought (and I buy a lot!)

I BROUGHT THIS DVD AND GAVE IT A GO AS SOON AS I GOT HOME, IT WAS EXCELLENT LOADS BETTER THAN THE FIRST, I ACTUALLY FELT LIKE I WAS WORKING OUT AND DOING SOME GOOD, I WILL DEFINATLY BE DOING THIS TWO TO THREE TIMES A WEEK. GO AHEAD AND GIVE IT A GO, YOU WONT REGRET IT!
